Nativity Facade of the Sagrada Familia
The Nativity Facade is the only one that started during Antoni Gaudí´s lifetime. Gaudí drew inspiration from nature, incorporating rounded rocks, human figures, and vegetal representations that reflect his unique style.
What makes this facade particularly fascinating is the combination of biblical scenes with symbols of divination, which can only be deciphered by those with a deep understanding of these signs.
The Nativity Facade celebrates the joy of the birth of Jesus, showcasing iconic figures from the Holy Family, including baby Jesus, Saint Joseph, the Virgin Mary, the shepherds, and angels.
From this area, visitors can access a viewpoint at 60 meters above ground, offering a spectacular view of both the city and the basilica.
